Boardman – There will be a funeral service at 9:00 am on Thursday, June 26, 2014 at the Rossi Brothers & Lellio Funeral Home in Boardman followed by a 10:00 am Mass of Christian Burial at St. Christine Church in Youngstown for Elizabeth Pauline Colasante, 81, who passed away on Friday, June 20, 2014, surrounded by her loving family. She was born August 24, 1932 in Youngstown the daughter of Mike and Elizabeth (Schli) Bokesch. Elizabeth was a homemaker. She enjoyed playing the organ and accordion. She also loved arts and crafts. She was a member of St. Christine Church and a member of the Saxon Club. Her husband Raymond L. Colasante whom she married on July 9, 1955, passed away on June 22, 2012. Elizabeth will always be lovingly remembered by her three sons, Ray Jr. (Debbie), Jeff and Kevin (fiancé Terri Jaras) Colasante; granddaughter, Danielle; sister-in-law, Ann Colasante and three nieces, Janice (Rick), Diane, and Sandy (Jim). Besides her parents and husband, she was preceded in death by her brother-in-law, Frank Colasante, Jr. Friends may call on Wednesday, June 25 from 6 to 8 pm at the Rossi Brothers & Lellio Funeral Home, 4442 South Avenue in Boardman.
