Obituary for Harry Ritchey

Harry Ritchey, 86
BOARDMAN – Harry Ritchey, 86, passed away peacefully during the evening of Saturday, Sept. 13, 2014, after a two year battle with cancer.
He was born Sept. 12, 1928, in Masury, the son of the late Harry and Mary (Cellinese) Ritchey.
Harry faithfully served his country as a corporal in the U.S. Marine Corps. He worked at Republic Steel as a turn foreman in the electric weld shop, retiring in 1982. He was a member of St. Charles Church and the I.T.A.M. Post No. 3. Harry enjoyed taking the family dogs on evening walks and watching them play. Harry always greeted them with an infectious smile and generous nature.
His wife Ruth G. (Glancy) Ritchey, whom he married Feb. 19, 1952, passed away April 9, 2010.
Harry will always be remembered lovingly by his two daughters, Linda (Ralph) Cucitrone of Boardman and Ruth C. Ritchey of Waterford, N.Y.; as well as two grandchildren, Gina and Anthony Cucitrone.
