Obituary for Robert A. Cain

Robert A. Cain, 53
CANFIELD – There will be a memorial service at 1 p.m. on Saturday, Oct. 11, 2014, at the Rossi Brothers & Lellio Funeral Home in Boardman for Robert A. Cain, 53, who passed away peacefully on Wednesday, Oct. 1, 2014, surrounded by his loving family.
Robert was born Aug. 25, 1961, in Youngstown, the son of James F. and Letitia (McGlade) Cain.
Robert was a 1980 graduate of Ursuline High School and attended M.C.C.T.C, where he earned his machinist degree. He was employed for 25 years as a foreman at the Malboro Manufacturing Company. Robert was of the catholic faith and a member of the Gaelic Society. He had an awesome sense of humor. He enjoyed golf, playing his guitar, and could fix anything around the house.
Robert will always be lovingly remembered by his wife, the former Kathleen Hull, whom he married on May 26, 1984; son Michael Cain of Austintown; granddaughter Kylie Marie Cain; mother Letitia Cain of Canfield; three sisters, Kathleen Cain of Boulder, Colo., Karen (Tom) Naughton of Canfield, and Susan (Jim) Donnelly of Canfield; mother-in-law Joyce Hull of Austintown; father-in-law Ray Hull of Austintown; three brothers-in-law, Ray (Gina) Hull, Ron (Joyce) Hull and Mike Hull; sister-in-law, Phyllis (Gary) Hensperger; and many loving nieces, nephews and cousins.
He was preceded in death by his father and two brothers, Jim and Michael Cain.
Friends may call on Saturday, Oct. 11, 2014, from 10 a.m. to 1 p.m. prior to the service at the Rossi Brothers & Lellio Funeral Home, 4442 South Ave. in Boardman.
The Cain family would like to extend heartfelt gratitude to the healthcare professionals on 6th West floor at St. Elizabeth Health Center in Boardman and the Hospice House, for the kind and compassionate care shown to Robert.
