Marie Tresnowsky, 94

Boardman– There will be a funeral service at 10 a.m. on Friday, October 31, 2014 at the Rossi Brothers and Lellio Funeral Home in Boardman for Marie Tresnowsky, 94, who passed away peacefully Sunday October 26, 2014. Marie was born May 2, 1920 in Calumet, Pennsylvania, the daughter of John and Mary (Swank) Ohler. Marie held various occupations in the Pennsylvania area. She was a nurse aid at Millers Nursing Home, a laborer at Berkovietz Pajama Factory and a waitress at several restaurants. Her husband John Tresnowsky whom she married November 27, 1957, passed away January 20, 2000. She was a member of Gibson Heights Second Presbyterian Church. Marie will always be lovingly remembered by her two daughters, Virginia Marchetti and Sandra McCaslin both of Coraopolis, Pa; sister, Sylvia Gossett of Cleveland; 14 grandchildren; and numerous great-grandchildren and great-great grandchildren. Besides her parents and husband she was preceded in death by 2 daughters, Mary Reis and Toni Grice; 3 sisters, Alice Menhart, Barbara Kowalewsky and Arietta Archual; and 3 brothers, James, Bertram and John Ohler. Friends may call on Thursday, October 30, 2014 from 5 to 8 p.m. at the Rossi Brothers and Lellio Funeral Home, 4442 South Avenue in Boardman.
