Condolence: On behalf of the Men's Garden Club of Youngstown I wish to express our condolence to the family of John A. Phillips Jr. I was a young member of the MGCY when John was an active member of MGCY. I especially remember the educational trips that he organized. Horticultural education is one of the missions of the MGCY. John certainly helped to fulfill that mission. I know that John must be in peace in God's Heavenly Garden. Thanks be to John A. Phillips.

Condolence: We would like to offer our condolences to the family of John A. Phillips Jr. for their loss. I did not know John, but from what I read in his obituary, it is obvious that he was a wonderful man, and generous with his time to help others. This does not surprise me because, from my experience, he did a fine job of raising his children, and passing along many of his very good qualities to them. We pray that John's family's faith will bring them peace and comfort during this time of grief.
