Gail Yvonne (Beatty) Treharn, 75

Youngstown – Gail Yvonne (Beatty) Treharn, 75, passed away Sunday, January 10, 2016. Gail was born May 16, 1940 in Youngstown, the daughter of G. Wayne and Elma Mae (Jones) Beatty. Gail was a 1959 graduate of South High School. She worked for Graef Storm Window Company, Gilmore Envelope Corporation, Photogenic Machine Company, Ohio Bell, Lyn’s Dollhouse Shop, and Altronic’s, where she retired after 18 years of service. Her husband, Joseph Treharn, whom she married May 21, 1960, passed away, November 17, 1999. She was a member of The Mini Maniacs of Youngstown. Gail will forever be remembered lovingly by her three children, Wendy Jo (Kenneth) Richards, Craig Alan (Theresa) Treharn, and Deanna Jean (Raymond) Repko; three grandchildren, Kenneth Joseph and Zachary Ryan Richards, and Rachael Yvonne Repko; brother, David Darrell Beatty Sr.; and sister, Carole Mae (Beatty) Socha. Besides her parents and husband, she was preceded in death by her son, Curtis Lynn Treharn; brother, Herbert Lynn Beatty; paternal grandparents, David Arthur and Martha Belle (McConnaughey) Beatty; and maternal grandparents, Rufus B. and Goldie Mae (Barrett) Jones Friends may call from 5 to 7 p.m. on Wednesday, January 13 and again on Thursday, January 14 from 10 to 11 a.m. at the Rossi Brothers and Lellio Funeral Home, 4442 South Avenue in Boardman, followed by a funeral service at 11 a.m. at the funeral home.
