Obituary for Carole J. (Fercana) Venorsky

Carole J. (Fercana) Venorsky, 81

CANFIELD – There will be a funeral service at 11 a.m. on Saturday, Jan. 23, 2016, at the Calvary Baptist Church, 1463 Shields Road in Boardman, for Carole J. (Fercana) Venorsky, 81, who passed away Tuesday, Jan. 19, 2016.
Carole was born July 30, 1934, in Youngstown, the daughter of Stephen and Ruth (Robertson) Fercana.
She was a 1952 graduate of East High School and attended St. Louis Institute of Music. She taught piano for a brief time. She worked for Dr. Al Frank as a dental assistant and then some 30 years for Dr. Patrick D’Agostino. Carole also worked for the election board for several years. She was a charter member of Job’s Daughters, a member of Trios Chapter 273, and Mirian Chapter 278 of Eastern Star. She attended the Calvary Baptist Church where she was a member of the worship committee.
Her husband, Peter Venorsky, whom she married in 1958, passed away in 2014.
Carole will forever be remembered lovingly by her three sons, Richard L., Robert L. (Kathryn), and James P. (Michelle) Venorsky; seven grandchildren, Amber and Nicole of Austintown, Hanna, Elizabeth and Daniel of Kirtland, and Natalie and Olivia of Chagrin Falls.
Besides her parents and husband, she was preceded in death by five brothers, Robert, David, William, Paul and James.
Friends may call at the Calvary Baptist Church on Saturday from 10 to 11 a.m. prior to the service. The Rossi Brothers and Lellio Funeral Home, 4442 South Avenue Boardman, OH have the honor of handling the arrangements for Carole.
