There will be a funeral service at 11 a.m. on Saturday, July 2 at the Rossi Brothers and Lellio Funeral Home in Boardman for Phyllis A. DeLisio, 83, who passed away on Wednesday, June 29, 2016 surrounded by her loving family. Phyllis was born July 25, 1932 in Detroit, the daughter of John and Phyllis (Staub) Warner. She was a homemaker and a member of St. Luke Church. Phyllis loved the Cleveland Indians. She was an avid reader, enjoyed knitting, playing board games and cards, riding her bike and ice skating, but her greatest joy was spending time with her grandkids whom she adored. Her husband, James V. DeLisio whom she married on January 15, 1955, passed away on May 2, 1985. Phyllis will always be lovingly remembered by her six children, Denise (David) Vitko of Columbiana, Mary (Art) Siemann of Canfield, Nancy Mamone of Youngstown, Barbara (Brian) Ramm of Hudson, Pam DeLisio of Boardman, and Jim (Jamie) DeLisio of Canfield; twelve grandchildren, Kelly and David Vitko, Michael and Andrew Siemann, John and Dominic Mamone, Allie and Victoria Ramm, Bailey Purpura; and Jenna, Jimmy, and Jake DeLisio; and sister, Mary Jane Visger of Detroit. Besides her parents and husband, she was preceded in death by her brother, John Warner. Friends may call today, Friday, July 1 from 4 to 8 p.m. and again on Saturday from 9:30 to 11 a.m. prior to the service at the Rossi Brothers and Lellio Funeral Home, 4442 South Avenue in Boardman.
