Dorothy M. Anderson, 76
YOUNGSTOWN - Private Services were held on Monday, April 21, 2014, at the Rossi Brothers & Lellio Funeral Home in Boardman for Dorothy M. Anderson, 76, who passed away on Friday, April 18, 2014, surrounded by her loving family.
She was born June 6, 1937, in Youngstown, the daughter of Lyman and Eleanor Stevens Rednock.
Dorothy was a housekeeper at the Wick-Pollock Inn. She enjoyed the great times spent with her sister, Shirley and her family. She also loved her dogs.
Her husband, George Anderson whom she married on Sept. 11, 1964, passed away Jan. 26, 1994.
Dorothy will always be lovingly remembered by her beloved sister, Shirley L.
Eakin of Hubbard; two nieces, Karen Davis of Lowellville, and Charlotte Burgess of Youngstown; two nephews, Dwight Rocky Cleland, and Mark J.
Cleland, Sr.; and several great nieces and great nephews.
Besides her parents and husband, she was preceded in death by three brothers, James, Robert and Henry Stevens.
Dorothy¹s family would like to extend heartfelt gratitude to the Hospice of the Valley and the doctors, nurses and aides at the Omni Manor for the compassionate care shown to Dorothy. A special thank you to Dorothy¹s Hospice nurse, Laura.
