"Together Again"
YOUNGSTOWN - Felicita (Mojica) Bonilla, 86, passed away Monday, Aug. 18, 2014, with her loving family by her side. She was also in the great care of Crossroads Hospice of Akron-Canton and Hospice of the Valley.
Felicita was born June 24, 1928, in Juncos, Puerto Rico, the daughter of Felix Mojica and Adela Rivera.
Felicita was a loving homemaker to her family and enjoyed sharing her great cooking with family and friends. She was a true humanitarian, always caring and praying for those in need. Felicita was retired from Penn-Ohio Supply.
She was a member of the Christian United Church in Campbell. She loved and served her Lord, Jesus Christ.
Felicita will always be lovingly remembered by her six children, Nilsa
(Gary) Hadley of Austintown, Lucy Bonilla of Youngstown, Luis (Tracy) Bonilla of Poland, Pedro Bonilla Jr. of Youngstown, Edwin (Mari) Bonilla of Youngstown, and Hector (Maggie) Bonilla of Boardman; 19 grandchildren; 26 great-grandchildren; and sister, Rita Mojica of Puerto Rico.
Besides her parents, Felicita was preceded in death by her husband, Pedro Bonilla; and four brothers, Julio, Rafael, Candido, and Secundino Mojica.
Friends may call on Friday, Aug. 22, from 5 to 8 p.m. at the Rossi Brothers & Lellio Funeral Home, 4442 South Ave. in Boardman.
A funeral service will be held at 10 a.m. on Saturday, Aug. 23, at the funeral home with Pastors Jerome Minor and Sarah Cruz-Banks officiating the service for Felicita.
